Biography & Career Highlights:

Dashing Wollongong winger played for Southern NSW against the visiting Great Britain team in 1966, beating Welsh sprint sensation Berwyn Jones to score a spectacular try. Hanigan signed with Manly in 1967 and was the premiership's leading try scorer that year with 16 tries; he also scored a club record 5 tries in a match against Cronulla that year. After playing for NSW, he scored two tries in Australia's First Test win over NZ before touring with the 1967-68 Kangaroos. Hanigan played in 11 games on tour (no Tests)...  Click for more
